I JUST TASTED HEAVEN :)

It is sinful. I feel really guilty. But what can I say? It really tastes heaven. YES! It is a sinful guilty pleasure but feels like I am in heaven.

We were in the car. It was dark and cold. We're talking about different stuff -  nothing romantic, lovey-dovey, passionate, or sentimental. He was disappointed. I am tired. It was completely random. 

Then suddenly the moment came. Five seconds of complete silence. He asked me to close my eyes and I did without asking why - in my head, he just wanted to kiss me or hug me. But he didn't. Instead, he handed me a cold box. I was disappointed. I am tired and cold and I want a warm hug. :( Then I opened my eyes - TRUFFLES. Fine Belgian chocolate truffles by Chef Laudico ♥ Drool!! @_@

It wasn't that I have expected. It was too early for a valentine gift. (Teng is so generous anyway - but still this is not something you give in random!).

I LOVE CHOCOLATES! And for the record, three boxes of chocolates in half a day is just normal for me (well - not when I am in a diet). And I was really really happy when I got this. I ate one when I arrived home. I feel so lifted. I forgot all my tiredness. I am just swept away on the wonder of it.  

And i just thought, life is like a box of chocolates. You'll never know when you'll get it.You will never know how aperitive and devine what's in it until you tasted it. You will never know what's in it for you, until you grabbed the opportunity. 

Receiving a box of chocolates just like this is not that usual. It is something you have to earn. So as life, you'll have to work for the things you desire 

Life tastes just like a truffle - it is bittersweet. You'll feel empty at times, tired and stressed for a while, but in the end - you'll realize that God will always reward you for all the difficulties you've confronted.Life is full of trials, but in the end, all of us will experience to be with GOD in heaven, wherein everything is at its best.

And so this day, I just tasted HEAVEN. 


P.S. - It took me an hour to finish one bite-sized round petit truffle. :) I just love them and I don't want to finish it in a breeze.
